What does Viewpointe offer that other executive suites do not?
Viewpointe does have several amenities that most other executive suites do not offer. In addition to our standard amenities, we offer two conference rooms and a day office 24/7 (most centers only have one and you don’t have access other than business hours), plenty of parking (including covered spaces), outdoor electronic readerboard sign (thousands of cars pass by each day and will see your name and number advertised), 24/7 security camera surveillance, 24/7 keycard entry, we are located on a major thoroughfare so that we can be found easily and our Landlord and management team is on-premises (most are remote). We treat our tenants like family — we want you to stay — and we keep up with the latest in technology and services. We truly are one of the finest centers in Las Vegas and surprisingly affordable. Just take a look and see what we mean! More later……..
Can I get a discount for taking more than one suite at a time?
Most executive suite centers will indeed give you some sort of discount for taking multiple offices. If you take more than 3 suites at a time however, some centers will stagger the lease termination dates so that they don’t lose 4 or 5 offices all at one time. Each center has different guidelines, so the best thing to do is find a center in the area you want to be located and just call and ask questions before you sign on the dotted line. Viewpointe offers discounts for taking more than one office as well as doing longer term leases (we only require a minimum 3 month lease) and we do not require a staggered termination on our leases. I have a prominant Las Vegas business that needs maximum exposure (i.e. address and signage). What do you suggest?
Probably the best way to find what you are looking for is to go on line and type Las Vegas Executive Suites into your search engine and look at several websites to determine the best location and what type of signage they provide for your business.
Viewpointe actually has an outdoor electronic readerboard sign that most executive suite centers do not have as well as the normal directory and door signage and also we are located on a major thoroughfare in Las Vegas (Eastern Avenue) where thousands of cars pass each day. Feel free to take a look at our website or call directly. More later……..

Beware of "scammers" trying to get into executive suites with stolen credit card information
Because many believe that Las Vegas is a place they can “hide out” with their business, alot of internet scammers and people that have an unscrupulous credit card scamming business think that getting a Las Vegas address will preclude them from being found out. That’s why we run a credit report on any and all individuals wanting to do business in our center. I have had several people email me and say they need an “immediate” address and want to start and will pay by credit card “right now”. Usually, but not always, it means that they are expecting to receive “stolen” merchandise and need an actual office space in which to receive it so they seem more “credible”. We will not tolerate this practice and will email and network with most every center in town with their information so they are aware of the situation. More later………
What is the most economical way to do business in Las Vegas?
It depends on whether you need “actual” office space or not. If you are working out of your home most of the time, but need a legitimate business address, the most economical package is a mail only address plan. For as little as $75 per month, you will have a premier Las Vegas mailing address, license posting, access to business machines, conference rooms and much more. If your business takes off, you can step up to an affordable executive suite. Executive suites themselves are economical because most centers are “all inclusive” and you don’t have to hire a secretary, pay for utilities and janitorial in addition to rent, pay for furniture, etc. and you can get a short term lease; sometimes as little as a 3 month for one affordable monthly price. You have to look around though and see what centers are located near your home or in your projected business area and take a look at your budget to see what will work for you. If you don’t have a budget or your company pays the rent, then look for the best deal you can find which will be comfortable for both yourself and your employer. More later……..

I am not familiar with how executive suites are set up. What are the usual sizes and what's included, etc.
Executive Suites are usually one room ranging in size from as little as 100 square feet to as large as about 400 or 500 square feet. Depending on the look you want, Class A luxury offices are a little more and probably start at about $700 per month up to $2,500 per month or if you don’t really need a high-end suite, you could probably find something starting at about $600 per month. Some executive suite centers are “all-inclusive” meaning that they include the phone system, internet, furniture, secretary, etc. and some are set up with “basic” service and then provide a “menu” of services that are charged separately. You just need to go on line and research some centers to see what they offer. Since the market is down right now, you might be able to find a tremendous deal since most centers are offering incentives for move-in. Don’t be afraid to ask questions to get the best deal.
