With the market as it is, how can I be sure that my Las Vegas executive suite center will not close down?
Unfortunately, there have been a few executive suite centers in Las Vegas that have had to close their doors due to the current market conditions. What you need to keep in mind is that, although there are many centers in town to choose from, probably the best choice would be a center that has been established for at least 3 to 5 years or more and has a good track record. If you go into a brand new center, chances are that they do not have very many tenants yet and, if they don’t get tenants soon, they could be in jeopardy of closing because they won’t be able to meet their own obligations. You also need to find people that know what they are doing and have experience in the executive suite field. Just because an executive suite center opens up to the public doesn’t mean they know how to run it properly. Just do your homework and ask alot of questions to the center manager and then make your decision from there. Take advantage of some of the great incentives that office centers are offering during this time, but make sure that you have everything in writing! More later……

We want feedback! Tell us what your expectations are in a Las Vegas Executive Suite
We want to know — what are your expectations with regard to executive suites? Obviously the market has changed and, unfortunately for alot of centers, there are so many executive suites out there that it makes it impossible to keep up and stay full. We want to make sure that we meet our prospective tenant’s expectations. We know that cost is important, but really, what do you need to run your business efficiently (i.e. type of internet service, business machines, etc.)? Write your comments or feel free to call me directly at (702) 990-8800. Thank you!
