Executive Suites were designed to pretty much be a short term turn-key situation where you can just plug in and go without all of the headaches of running a large office with alot of overhead. Affordabilty is the key, but also you need to take into consideration experienced staff, flexibility of lease terms and location (can your clients find you easily?). You might get a great deal on an affordable suite, but it might be located so far away that clients will not drive to see you because of the gas costs. Look for something centrally located and easy to get to, especially if you have alot of elderly clients.

Just be careful that the center is stable and not going to close soon. Choose an established center that has been in business for several years (although there are no guarantees) and has the staff and manpower to assist your business. You might find a “great deal, best in Vegas”, but the center may not be staffed or the location may be a little undesirable. Do your homework, choose several centers and tour them accordingly. If you are out of town, the best way to find a good center is to see what shows up on your search engine. Usually the top 10 choices are the best because they are established and keep up with their online advertising.
