Right now in this economy businesses are looking to save big time and are choosing to pay as little as possible for rent on an office. While this makes good sense, it is also very imporant to be in the right location. Are you surrounded by other professional businesses (i.e. attorneys, CPA’s, real estate professionals, etc.) or are you next to alot of “entertainment” type companies or bars? Investigate the location thoroughly because you also need to be in a place where your clients will come to see you. Is it easy to find, is there plenty of parking?
