I’m glad you asked that.  Pretty much anything short of free rent!  Centers are willing to work with businesses for a reasonable cost and lease term.  If you feel comfortable doing a longer term lease like 6 months or one year you can really save alot more with incentives such as free or reduced rent, free conference room hours, extra phone lines, free covered parking, etc.  Always make sure before you sign a lease that the center is established and is ”sticking around”.  During these tough times there have been several centers that have had to close their doors without even letting the tenants know what’s going on!  Always weigh your options; there are deals out there but you have to do your homework!  More later………..
