Offices are downsizing and turning to executive suites for their needs

Many large offices are downsizing and returning to the executive suite centers to help them stay in business and keep costs down. Executive suites are a perfect choice because they provide the “staff”, phone systems, utilities and janitorial as well. It’s important to find a good center that will take care of your business needs as well as being affordable. Make sure to do your research first before you sign.

Run Your Business The Economical Way! You Can Do So and Not Give Up Your Image!

Many executive suite centers offer the “virtual office ” or “mailing plan” where you can save hundreds per month without having to get actual office space. Depending on who governs your business (i.e. mortgage division, SEC, etc.), you can obtain one of these services starting at just $75 per month! You would have your address in an actual Class “A” office building with a live receptionist to greet you and your clients, access to business machines and conference rooms and much more. For all intensive purposes, you have an “office”. To get more information on these affordable services, search the web by typing in “Las Vegas Virtual Office” into your search engine or you can log onto our website at http://www.viewpointecenter.com for more information.

I’ve noticed more and more executive suites going up in Las Vegas; how do I know which one to choose?

You have seen more executive suites go up because builders and owners of office parks do not know what to do about the economy and their vacant space. They feel that if they turn part of their vacant space into an executive suite center that they can get more per square foot for the cost and make money. Unfortunately with so many centers on line now, it not only creates more vacancies for the already existing and established centers, it does create a “false sense of security” for the brand new center thinking that people will take small space over the larger more traditional spaces and they will eventually be full. Unfortunately with the economy the way it is right now, a lot of people are not willing to pay the cost of even a small affordable executive suite because they do not have disposable income and have to take care of their home life first. Some have elected to work from home but want an office address and conference rooms in which to meet their clients and they will do a virtual office scenario which not only saves them money, but allows them to stay in business during this economic crisis.

It’s hard to know which center to choose with so many of them offering incentives such as free rent, no deposit or huge discounts, but consider at least looking into centers that have been established for a while. It’s nice to have a fresh new state-of-the-art office, but you want to make sure they are managed properly and will be able to stay in business for the long haul. Go on line and see which centers are the top 10 or 15 on the list and that will usually tell you which centers are more established and/or experienced in the executive suite field.

ViewPointe Executive Suites is here to help in any capacity during this downturn in the economy whether you are downsizing and looking for a full service executive suite, limited service business suite, virtual/corporate identity or mail only address plan. What are the advantages to getting a Las Vegas Executive Suite, other than short lease terms?

Executive Suites are popular right now because, unlike traditional office space, you do not have to do a long term lease, provide phone instruments or lines, internet, utilities (they are paid), janitorial service and there is usually a conference room provided for use. They are all-inclusive and for one low price you can be in business immediately! It is a great solution for businesses that are downsizing or restructuring or small businesses just getting started.

ViewPointe Executive Suites has affordable solutions for most businesses! We also have Virtual Office or Mail Only Address Plan solutions if you do not need actual office space to conduct your business. Log onto our website or call us at (702) 990-8800 for more information.

What kind of company is a good candidate for a Las Vegas Executive Suite?

Anyone can be a good candidate for an executive suite — architects, attorneys, CPA’s, real estate brokers, engineers, contractors, designers, insurance agencies, etc. Executive suites are designed for the professional who needs a small turn key office arrangement without all the overhead costs of hiring a secretary, purchasing a phone system or paying for costly utilities. Also, in an executive suite you do not have to sign a long term lease — most centers will allow you to do as little as a 3 month or 6 month lease to start. If you are an established business that is downsizing, you can stay in business affordably. If this sounds like what you are looking for, log onto our website at http://www.viewpointecenter.com or contact us directly with any questions at (702) 990-8800. Our established center and experienced personnel can help you find the perfect scenario for your business. We also offer virtual or mail only plans if you do not need an office.

Life can be easier when you don’t have so much overhead! Stay in business until the market changes with a mail only address plan!

Many executives and business owners think that they have to close their business down and will have to start all over when the market comes back. You may have to “downsize”, but you don’t have to close completely! ViewPointe Executive Suites offers virtual/corporate identity plans and mail only address plans to keep your business going! For as little as $75 per month for a mail only or $150 per month for a virtual, you will have access to the office amenities that you had before, just not actual office space. In this market how can I be sure that my Las Vegas executive suite center will not close down?

Unfortunately, there have been a few executive suite centers in Las Vegas that have had to close their doors due to the current market conditions. What you need to keep in mind is although there are many centers in town to choose from, probably the best choice would be a center that has been established for at least 3 to 5 years or more and has a good track record. If you go into a brand new center, chances are that they do not have very many tenants yet and, if they don’t get tenants soon, they could be in jeopardy of closing because they won’t be able to meet their own obligations. You also need to find people that know what they are doing and have experience in the executive suite field. Just do your homework and ask a lot of questions to the center manager and then make your decision from there. Take advantage of some of the great incentives that office centers are offering during this time, but make sure that you get everything in writing!

What is ViewPointe offering that other executive suites do not?

ViewPointe does have several amenities that most other executive suites do not offer. In addition to our standard amenities, we offer two conference rooms and a day office 24/7 (most centers only have one and you don’t have access other than business hours), plenty of parking (including covered spaces), outdoor electronic reader-board sign (thousands of cars pass by each day and will see your name advertised), 24/7 security camera surveillance, 24/7 key card entry, we are located on a major thoroughfare so that we can be found easily and our Landlord and management team is on-premises. We keep up with the latest in technology and services. Just take a look and see what we mean!

I want an affordable and professional small office in a good area. What should I do about looking for space?

Right now in this market there are a lot of choices for a small office and all kinds of incentives from centers. Before you make a final choice, make sure the center is established. Some executive suite centers have closed down over the past several months because they could not make it. Also, you get what you pay for. Other than some centers offering great deals for year-end, the ones that offer $299 or $399 per office may not be the right choice. Although price is an issue, security and location should be as well. Just do your homework, make a few choices and go visit the centers if you can. If you are out of state, ask a lot of questions and maybe even ask them for a few names and numbers of existing tenants for referrals. Also make sure to ask what kind of tenants they allow in their center. You don’t want to be a CPA in a center with a bunch of unseemly occupants. Feel free to contact us any time or visit our website.
