The ViewPointe Mail Service Plan is ideal for businesses that require a mail service/business license hang only solution with no telephone.

Mail Only clients may pick up their mail in person, or have it forwarded.

Included in your monthly rent is the following:

  • Receipt and placement of mail in assigned mailbox Monday-Friday.
  • Weekly mail forwarding for out-of-town tenants if necessary as needed
  • Availability to receive Federal Express and/or UPS Shipments
  • Business license hang
  • On-premises Notary PublicAdditional services available on demand at an added charge:
  • Secretarial service
  • Conference room usage
  • Computer document scanning available (tenant provides disks)
  • Copy machine usage
  • Incoming and outgoing facsimile usage
  • UPS/Federal Express shipments and mail forwarding

Included in your monthly rent is the following:

  • Live operator to answer your phones Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm
  • 24 hour voice mail capability for easy message retrieval/phone transfer in evenings
  • Pre-assigned phone numbers that can be connected within 24 hours
  • Receipt and placement of mail in assigned mailbox Monday through Friday
  • Weekly mail forwarding for out-of-town tenants as needed
  • Business license hang
  • On-premises Notary Public
