This approach helps them avoid losing several offices at once. However, each center has its own guidelines, so it’s best to contact the center in your preferred location to ask specific questions before signing any agreements.
At ViewPointe Executive Suites, we provide discounts for leasing multiple offices and for longer-term leases. We require a minimum lease term of only three months and do not mandate staggered terminations on our leases.
