Refer someone to get a virtual or executive office rental
Our latest referral offer at ViewPointe rewards you whenever someone you refer signs a lease with us before August 1, 2020. The more people you refer, the more you earn! When someone you refer signs a lease with us before August 1, you’ll receive a referral fee of 10%.
Who can I refer?
You can refer anyone eligible to lease a virtual office space, coworking space, executive office rental, or meeting room. Your referals must be to a first-time customer who hasn’t leased with our virtual offices and other spaces before. You can refer as many people as you like. However, you only earn up to 10% and those you refer must sign a lease before August 1, 2020, for you to receive a referral fee.
When will I receive my referral fee?
If you refer someone to ViewPointe Center and they sign a lease with us for a virtual office space, executive office rental, coworking space, or meeting room before August 1, 2020, then you’ll receive your referral fee when their lease has been processed. If you have any questions about your referrals and how you’ll receive them, please contact us.
Are there any restrictions?
To be eligible for our referral program, you must be a current client with us at ViewPointe Center. Those who you refer must not be a current client or a previous client with us. To receive a referral fee, the person you refer must sign a lease with ViewPointe Center before August 1, 2020.
If the person you refer to us doesn’t sign a lease, you won’t receive a referral fee. If the person you refer signs a lease with us after August 1, you won’t receive a referral fee. The referral program applies to leases only.
