Well as you may or may not be aware, centers cannot discriminate against anyone; however, they do require that a rental application be filled out and a copy of their driver’s license be produced. These “unseemly” companies will probably not want to provide this information. Any reputable center will not lease space to them unless they provide a good credit rating. I suggest that you choose Class “A” space and visit the centers to see what companies are there and how they are run. It will be a little more costly, but will probably have a better client base that doesn’t mind paying a little more for premium space.
I want my professional business in a Las Vegas executive suite center that does not allow "unseemly" businesses. How do I check for this?
