Yes, this form is required by law for all U.S. virtual office providers. The post office requires ViewPointe to get your permission prior to receiving any mail on your behalf. That is the purpose of this form.

You can upgrade to an office any time and we will terminate the virtual office agreement and put the new office agreement in its place.
